My great-grandmother, ZILLA ANN (DAVIS) HODGES, died at Sparta, Bienville Parish, on 9 February 1882. I have not been able to find her burial site and would greatly appreciate help in locating her grave. ZILLA's husband, JAMES MADISON HODGES, died in Winn Parish about 1875. In the 1870 U.S. census, JAMES & ZILLA were recorded living in the Pine Ridge postal area of Winn Parish. I do not know where JAMES MADISON was buried. Were they buried in the same place or separately? Any clues about this couple would be greatly appreciated. Shirley B. Alexander
