Jackson(John)Holland was b. 1829 in Ms. and came to La. before 1850. Married Margaret Greer, 25-June-1850. They had 8 children. Jackson d. in the Civil War. The family was not on the census of 1860(think it was destoyed) nd she and her children were not on 1870. She did not remarry until her children were grown., Then married Frank Slaughter, 10-Jan-1890 . I do not know when she died, If there was a wll or what.
