Hi Listers, Am looking for any info on Thomas Harvill GRAY (b. abt. 1847 in AL) and his wife, Esther CAUSEY (b. 1845-1847 in AL), especially any info on their children/grandchildren. Thomas Harvill GRAY's parents = Elizabeth CAUSEY and John Fletcher GRAY. Esther CAUSEY's parents = Sarah PHURROUGH and Allen CAUSEY. Thomas H. GRAY & Esther CAUSEY married Oct 1870 in Bienville Parish, LA--and were enumerated on the 1880 Lincoln Parish census with 5 children: Lillie, Luther, Sarah A. C. , John A. and Malendia GRAY. I have no info on this couple after this date--can' t find on the 1900 LA census anywhere, and can find no listed burial for either of them. Have lots of info on the parents of these two--glad to share. I do believe that most, if not ALL, of the CAUSEY , GRAY, & BROWN families in Lincoln/Bienville/Claiborne area of LA, 1850 and later are all inter-related. This bunch was especially fond of marrying cousins. (They also enjoyed recycling the same names over & over & over...)
