    3. Hello Sue I found your Houston Doyle in the 1920 Beauregard Parish census with what looks like his whole family all living next door to each other. When you post be sure to post to the rootsweb site so that the information will go to the archives. We will respond to you at that site rather than to you directly Here is what I found for you. In the Williams household also living next door I found Iola Doyle age 22 serving as housekeeper for the Williamson household.     3. You might want to try the Beauregard Daily News' website: www.deridderdailynews.com and possibly contacting someone at their office. Sometimes obits in DeRidder are also posted on the Lake Charles American Press' website : www.americanpress.com Also, if you know what cemetery he was buried in that would be helpful. There are some sites that have listings of names in cemeteries in the area. Hope this helps! Susie Wilson

William Goodloe Eason married Lois Copenhaver 1/11/1951. She was born 3/29/1929,d 12/10/1991. He was born 4/3/1927 (Vernon Parish) died 2/12/2000. Lois's parents were Julius and Leona Copenhaver, they moved to DeRidder in 1936/37 from Campo,Co. Julius and Leona are both buried in Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Leona was born in Clyde,Tx. She was a sister to my grandpa Jess Buchanan. Not sure if this helps in any way, but thought I'd send it. One more thing, I knew W.G Eason, but knew him as Mr,Bill. he would come to the Buchanan family reunions. he was a hit with all the kids, he could make anyone smile.
