I am looking for information about William Henry Welch, born in Ga. migrated to Sabine Parish La., Anacoco (Sandy Creek area), year unknown. He may have lived in texas for a short time. He was born in 1857 and died in 1923 I think. He was a farmer, one of his 8 sons was also named William Nolan Welch, my father. My grand mother was Elizabeth Jane Welch, born in Miss. The names of the children were Jessie, John, Ella, Orin, Olen, Clarence, Sevlla, William, Russell, Floyd, and the oldest girl was a half sister that died at an early age. Grandmother died in 1971 died in Vernon Parish, outside of Anacoco.
