Can anyone Tell me if the Fee for a Birth Certificate for 1905 is $ 5.00 & do I write Baton Rouge to Obtain it? Also Id Love to have me Great Grandmothers & Fathers Death Certificates, But I figure they cant look it up w/ out an exact Year ...
