Sarah Lavinia GREEN, daughter of Richard GREEN b. 1806 Eng. and Virginia Ann HARRISON b. abt 1813 LA, was born about 1840 in Rapides Par., LA. By the 1860 census, her father had died and she was living with her mother and siblings in Imperial Calcasieu Parish. I suspect she married shortly after that census. Due to the burning of the courthouse and all records we may never know who she married. They may have lived in the vicinity of Kipling, LA, as did her mother and some siblings. Her siblings, and possibly her children, were named: Mary J. "Molly", Harriet, Rebecca Ann, William Oneal (O'Neal ?), Richard James, Charles, Ellen O., David Marion, and Preston Paul GREEN.
