Thomas J Goins B 1820 OCT in LA married Rebecca prior to 1850 they were living in the hh of Turn'r Goins 25yo m in Calcasieu Parrish in the 1850 census stated as Thomas 30m & Becky 19yo f In 1860 they were in Rapids Parrish Thomas 38m Rebecca 27f William 10m Marion 8m Washington 5m Thomas 3m Catherine 3/12f Hetty 22f (This female was also counted in the hh of Stephen Goins 56m & Adeline 49f hh#1176)(I think this could be an uncle, brother or some kin) Then in 1870 they have moved to Trinity Co TX and he is married to Harriett 27yo f. Then in 1880 Tyler Co TX, 1900 Trinity Co TX which is where my grfather was born and he and his 2 brothers were living with them in this census since their mother had died earlier that year in childbirth.
