I do know that the Metairie Cemetery is in Jefferson Parish, and not in Orleans Parish, but I was unable to find it in the Jefferson cemetery listings. I've tried to find their children but coming up with a dead end but...I just found out that a William Weaver was buried in Metairie Cemetery in New Orleans and I called and they gave me a section 72 lots 85-86. They didn't have any dates. She said I had to go look on the headstones. That's going to be hard since I live in FL. Now I have more paper work trail.
