I searched for Luther Conrad in the head of household index for the entire 1900 census and did not find any that were aged about 17 in any state. Luther may have been living with a relative with the same last name. Good luck! He was born in AR to Henry Clay Conrad and Louvenia Blackshear; they are listed in Lincoln Co., AR but Luther is missing. Since Luther's children were all born in LA in the early 1900s, I'm hoping that he moved there from AR to start his own life.
