    3. Dear List, My husbands great-grandfather's obit said he was from New York. State? City? I would appreciate very much if I could find where he was born. He is ROBERT C. WHITE who married Mary Ann Brown in Jan of 1870, before the 1880 census they had two children: Robert Collin White 1871 and Edward White 1874. Is it possible one or more of the parents lived with them? and what would their names be? Thank you so much for your time. 3. I would be much obliged it someone could find my husband's family in the 1880 census. They were married in 1873. Father was John David Carroll. Mother was Fannie Day. Children Mary Alice, Agnes Hannah, John David. I am interested in knowing where they lived in the city of New Orleans and where they were born. I am hoping to get back to earlier generations, but am having no luck with these folks. Many thanks.
