Perhaps he was still in Mississippi in 1920. I don't find him in 1920 Louisiana's index, but lots of Frank Hefleys born in Tennessee scattered across the states. None who would have been born in 1888, but possible candidates for relatives. My Ancestry source has not yet indexed Mississippi, but perhaps it won't be long.
