I have very little information about my grandparents and have no information on where they were buried. My grandfather was John (Jean) Vives, born Aug. 25, 1864; his parents were Numa Vives and Marie Truxillo Vives. He married Elmina Tete 3 Feb. 1892 in Napoleonville, LA. I have information that he died about 1904 and his wife probably within the next 4 years. They lived around Plattenville and Donaldsonville. I would appreciate any information anyone might have. Thanks! Van Vives vcarlv@aol.com
I would suggest checking the volumes of the "Diocese of Baton Rouge Catholic Church".
