    3. List, The bottom line is money and time to save the tombs of our ancestors...Count me in, just let me know when, where and how... I know the sinking feeling and heaviness of heart when looking for the burial site of an ancestor. Searching for the final resting place of my great great grandparents, so for all we know is ..."somewhere in that direction...among the weeds...their grave might be marked with a rusty hubcap..." The property is now owned by a logging company. A good place to start this major project is on the local level, eg. the church in St. Martinville. Then contacting the Diocese whether it be Lafayette, Homer-Thibodeaux, etc. perhaps there are funds that could be made available. Letter writing to the appropriate parties is a good beginning. Does anyone have the address for the Diocese of Lafayette? Bishop ??? O'Donnell. Thanks Shirley Metrejean cajungal@bayou.com
