BREWER, Bobbie Gene age 73, of Hillsboro, died Monday, August 5, 2013 at the Atrium Medical Center. He was born July 7, 1940 in Lansaw, Kentucky, the son of Dorsie Brewer and Norma (Taylor) Brewer. Bobbie was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He worked as a self-employed auto mechanic and was a member of the Samantha Friends Church, Hillsboro. He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Joy Elaine Brandenburg Brewer; two daughters, Cindy (Jeff) Hendricks of Bellingham, Washington, Lora Dowd of Phoenix, Arizona; two sons, Randy (Julie) Brewer of Bellingham, Washington, Tony Brewer of Phoenix, Arizona; eleven grandchildren; two sisters, Wyvonia (Philip) Perrin of Springboro, Phyllis (Al) Dawson of Franklin; two brothers, Bill (Donna) Brewer and Mark (Jocelyn) Brewer both of Franklin; one stepdaughter, Leslie (Anthony) Watson of Jamestown, TN; and two stepsons, Ryan (Rachel) Smith of Nashville, TN, Joshua Smith of Olympia, Washington; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 12:00 Noon Thursday at the Breitenbach-McCoy-Leffler Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be at the Woodside Cemetery.
