LUKEY, Elizabeth age 96, of Monroe passed away Friday, August 5, 2011 at Mt. Pleasant Retirement Village. She was born February 15, 1915 in Pence Branch, KY to Samuel and Tymander (Hatton) Pence. She was a factory worker for Raymond Bag and for Miami Carey. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Charles Lukey in 1996; granddaughter, Rhonda Skalley and 3 brothers and 5 sisters. Elizabeth is survived by her daughter, Barbara Richard of Frankfort, KY; step-daughters, Linda (James) Southworth of Osprey, FL, Jane Velde of Middletown, Regina (Lee) Kennedy of Monroe; grandson, James Skalley; great-grandchildren, Sara, Michael and Megan Skalley and 2 great-great-grandchildren; 10 step-grandchildren and 14 step- great-grandchildren; sisters, Viola Shaw of Cincinnati, Betty Rush of Middletown. A Graveside Service will be held Thursday, August 11, 2011 at 1:00 pm at Woodside Cemetery, Section 20 with John Morton officiating. Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery.
