    3. Not sure which one would have the Gose Cemetery? In Menifee County it's Tarr Ridge. About half way between Frenchbubrg and Denniston on Rt 460. Or about three miles south of there in Wolfe County, Just west of Campton, there is also Tar Ridge.

    3. Larry, I live near Tar Ridge in Wolfe County. Gose is not a name I associate with Wolfe County in general or Tar Ridge in particular. I consulted my "Wolfe County Cemeteries 1860-1991 Volume I" but found no mention of a cemetery by that name anywhere in the county (There is a Volume II which I do not have). Also, no individual with last name "Gose" is listed in the book. The closest match would be Gosney. Three individuals were listed, a husband and wife in Evans Cemetery near Campton and one individual in a Cemetery on Rt. 746 in the Gosneyville Cemetery which may be near where Gosneyville Road and 746 intersect. Although that is relatively close(within 2-3 miles i would estimate) to the Menifee County line and Pomeroyaton (not sure of spelling) I believe that to be on the other side of Menifee County from Tarr Ridge and the 20 or so miles away from Tar Ridge in Wolfe County. Hope this is helpful. Kenny Profitt On Feb 24, 2013, at 10:25 PM, J LARRY HELTON JR wrote: > Not sure which one would have the Gose Cemetery? > > In Menifee County it's Tarr Ridge.
