WELLS, Sarah Elizabeth (Friend) age 83 of Englewood, passed away on Saturday, June 16, 2012. Sarah will always be remembered as a "Grandmother" to everyone and was also a great cook. She is survived by her daughter: Wanda Dill of Englewood, granddaughter: Lisa Dill of Englewood, great grandchildren: Sarah and Zachary Dill of Piqua, sisters: Stella (Nick) Loverdi of NY, Nellie (William) Fugate, Helen (Lester) Dunn, Anna Belle Friend, brother: William (Lona) Friend all of KY, numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband: James Wells, parents: Crit and Rebecca (Rodgers) Friend, Minnie (Hatton) Friend, special aunt and uncle: Gobel and Minnie Rodgers, sisters: Margaret Friend, Joyce Rose, brother: Jessie Hatton, son-in-law: Gary Dill and grandson: Eric Dill. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 23, 2012 at the Kindred Funeral Home (400 Union Blvd., Englewood). Interment will follow the service at Monroe Township Cemetery near Eldorado. The family will receive friends on Friday, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
