SWIGER, Marigold 84, of Carlisle, passed away November 26, 2010 at Hospice of Butler & Warren Counties. She was born July 21, 1926 in Hazel Green, KY to David and Elsie (Nickell) Day, Sr. Marigold was a homemaker, had worked in real estate and most recently worked in the cafeteria of Carlisle local schools. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Glenwood Swiger, Sr. in 1990; and a brother, David Day, Jr. Marigold is survived by her two sons, Glen (Kim) Swiger, Jr. of Middletown and Herb (Sherri) Swiger of Miamisburg; grandchildren, Glen "Trey" (Mandy) Swiger, III, Jeremy Swiger, Jonathan Swiger, Kathleen (Eric) Lenski, Courtney (David) Steckel and Abigail (Mike) Kinder; 11 great-grandchildren; brother, Andy (Mae) Day; and a good friend, Geraldine Foreman. A visitation will be held Wednesday, December 1, 2010 from 12:00 noon until the Celebration of Life service at 2:00 pm at Baker-Stevens-Parramore Funeral Home. Interment will be at Woodhill Cemetery.
