News Death Notice CAMPBELL, Thomas K. 53, of Middletown, passed away on Saturday, January 25, 2014 at his residence. He was born on April 17, 1960 in Wolfe Co., Kentucky to Denver Campbell & Bertha Lou (King) Spencer. Thomas worked as a concrete laborer. He is survived by his wife of 27 years, Dellie; his step-sons, Rodney (Debbie) Stacy, Timothy (Gwen) Stacy and Greg (Brenda) Stacy; 4 Grandchildren; 5 Great-Grandchildren; Father in-Law, Loman McCullough; sisters, Glenda and Debbie and brothers, Greg and Danny. He was preceded in death by his parents and an uncle, Wayne King. Visitation will be on Wednesday, January 29 from 9-11:00 am at the Baker-Stevens-Parramore Funeral Home with a Celebration of Life Service to follow at 11:00 am with Minister Jerry Minor officiating.
