An interesting tidbit found in an early 1900's Powell County paper... Dr Bill Rice <<<<An Old Bible>>>> Probably the oldest bible in Kentucky is in the procession of a Wolfe County man. The bible in question was brought from Holland by settlers to this country in 1640.
