ROSE, V.H. age 82 of Middletown passed away Thursday, February 3, 2011 at Spring Hills of Middletown. He was born April 7, 1928 in Wolf County, KY the son of Herbert and Angie Rose. He was a teacher for Middletown City Schools until retirement in 1982 and was a Navy Officer during the Korean War. He is preceded in death by his parents; his first wife, Rose Nell; a son, John Rose; a brother, William Rose; and his second wife, Margaret. V.H Rose is survived by a son, Alan Rose (Debbie); a daughter, Myra Haney (Kenny); and a step-son, Gerald Schneider; and six grandchildren, Amber and Kenny Haney, Andrea, Ryan, and Brad Rose, and McKenzie Brooks (Wes) and numerous family and friends. Funeral service will be Monday, February 7, 2011 at 1:00 pm at Anderson Funeral Home (40 North Main Street, Springboro, Ohio 45066) Visitation will be from 11:00 am until time of service at the funeral home. Burial will be in Woodhill Cemetery.
