February 12, 1935 - May 11, 2012 Norman "Curley" Lewis was born February 12, 1935 in Rogers Kentucky to Hurley and Esther (nee: Spencer) Lewis and died May 11, 2012. He is the loving companion of 30 years to Carole Myre. Norman is the father of Jerry (Dianne) Lewis, Lisa Stevens and Norman (Trish) Lewis, Jr. He is the grandfather of Misti, Stefanie, Kaitlynn, Tommy, Brianna, Garret, Whitney, Jill, Mike and Riely. He also has 11 great grandchildren. Norman is the brother of Herman, Dallas, Johnny, Linda, the late Velman and the late Eva. Funeral from Lynch & Sons Funeral Home (340 N.
