HOLLON, Glenn W. 76, of Franklin died Monday April 29, 2013 at Carlisle Manor. He was born in Campton, Ky the son of Porter and Edna (Wireman) Hollon. Glenn retired from Armco Steel after 36 years in 1992, he loved his dogs, Annie, Scooter and Ginger, and woodworking. Glenn built his home and several barns in this area. He also was a member of Eastern Star Lodge # 55 and Scottish Rite. He was preceded in death by his parents, a daughter, Sheri Hollon and his 2nd wife, Helen. He is survived by his children, Betty (Steve) Groves, Edward (Linda) Hollon, Shelia Hollon, Tommy Hollon, 6 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. He also leaves a brother, Gary (Joni) Hollon and his first wife, Linda Drumm and several friends. Funeral services will be Thursday 2:30 pm at the Anderson Funeral Home 1357 E. 2nd. St. Franklin. Visitation will be Wednesday 5 - 8 pm at the funeral home. Condolences may be made to the family at www.anderson-fh.com. Burial will be in Springboro Cemetery.
