Green Brewer was my g-grandfather. He md. Hannah Hatton. His nickname was "Bulgar" because he loved to fight and had a thick neck. His parents were Isom/Isham Brewer wasn't md. to Sally Hatton. I can't find her parents. Green stayed with grandma and grandpa until he got his SS going. He had left Hannah for Lou Em ? [Some say Pence but can 't find it] Green and Hannah were 1st cousins. Lots of people say they are the same family. Green is listed when he was little as being with Sally Hatton. Later he took the last name of Brewer as his father was a Brewer. My husband packed all my notebooks away when I had a stroke. Got to get them out. Hannah stayed with grandma and grandpa until Grandma and Hannah got into it and she left to stay with John. I have all kinds of stories. My grandparents raised me. Green was b. in Tn. then they moved to Wolfe Co. Ky. The only children Isom and Sally had were Willis, William, Green and Benjamin. Lots of people get them mixed up. So many had the same names but Green was my grandpa's father. My uncle remembers Hannah rubbing his legs. He had something wrong with them and needed a pill a day to stop the pain. They couldn't always afford the pills, so Hannah would sit on the side of the bed and rub Paris' legs. My mother was name for Paralee Hollon, who md. Nathan Hatton. They were her aunt and uncle. Our family lived on a house on their land for a while. After they moved, they had the house tore down, as they had got so attached to mom and my uncle Paris, they didn't want any more kids living there. I've got lists of children, census records and more, as soon as I can get my stuff. Can't hardly walk and can't lift anything or I'd get them. I've got one Brewer notebook here, but it's on the later Brewer's. Hannah was 6' tall. I have her picture with Green and the kids. Grandpa was 5 when it was taken. Just before Green left Hatton. I sit as a kid, listening to one story after another. Still hear the same stories, when I go to my uncle's in Tn.
