GLAZE, Joyce L. 78, of Enon, Ohio, passed away Saturday afternoon, March 31, 2012 in Springfield Regional Medical Center. She was born in Campton, Kentucky on June 29, 1933, the daughter of the late A.T. and Opal (Miller) Combs Jr. Joyce was a member of Enon United Methodist Church. A gentle spirit, Joyce was loved by all, and a friend to everyone. She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Robert Glaze Sr.; three sons and daughters-in-law, Robert and Lori Glaze Jr. of Enon, John Glaze of Dayton, and Col. George and Valerie Glaze of Washington, D.C.; five grandchildren, Justin, Joshua, Amanda, Sean, and Luke. The family wishes to extend their thanks to the staff at Dayspring in Fairborn for the devoted and compassionate care in her last months. Joyce's funeral service will be held at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday in Enon United Methodist Church, 135 S. Harrison St., Enon, Ohio. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
