Ruby Miller, 79, widow of Wilgus Miller, passed away at 12:36pm Friday September 7, 2012 at the Clark Regional Medical Center. A native of Wolfe County, she was the daughter of the late Ed and Dovie Proffitt Carroll and was a retired Stanton Nursing Center employee. Survivors include 3 children, Eddie (Sheila) Miller, Sheila (David) Jones and Danny (Cathy) Miller; 11 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild; a sister, Helen Kreuger and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband and parents, Ruby was preceded in death by 6 brothers, Lemon, Vic, Vaughn, Seldon, Omer and Hobert Carroll and 2 sisters, Lillie Pelfrey and Opal Hambright.
