Rita Kay Bowman Brewer of Campton, Kentucky, departed this life Sunday October 7, 2012 at the age of 60 years, 2 months and 5 days. She was a daughter of Mayo Allen Bowman and the late Holmes Bowman, born at Clark County, Kentucky on August 2, 1952. Rita was a former Deputy Jailer and an accountant for the Department of Transportation. She was a loving daughter, mother and aunt. She is survived by her loving mother, Mayo Allen Bowman; three daughters, Stacee Brewer, Tracee Brewer and Halen Amelia Fugate all of Campton, Kentucky; two sisters, Linda Sue Bowman Glenn of Lexington, Kentucky and Libby Bowman of Campton, Kentucky; one special cousin, Carole Bays; two nephews, Ashley Bowman and Lucas Glenn; one niece, Kellie Glenn; one great niece, Abby Bowman; two great nephews, Canaan Bowman and Tytus Weldon and her best friends, Sandy Brooks, Pam Landsaw and Geraldine Tolson. She was preceded in death by her loving father, Holmes Bowman and one sister, Georgetta Bowman. She also leaves behind a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
