She was born June 17, 1938 in Wolfe County, Kentucky the daughter of Oliver Conner and Beatrice (Mullins) Conner. She retired from Middletown Regional Hospital. She is survived by two daughters, Charma (husband, David) McCollum and Donna (husband, Steve) Kelly both of Middletown; four grandchildren, Erin Banks, Tara McCollum, Sommer Rodgers, Hunter Kelly; two sisters, Barbara Wilson and Betty Maggard; and six brothers, Wilgus, Milford, Phillip, Harold, Paul, and Michael Conner. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Lowe; her parents; a sister, Mary Lou Rickus; and a brother, William Conner. Funeral services will be 1:00 PM, Thursday at the Breitenbach-McCoy-Leffler Funeral Home with Reverend Jonathan Phillips officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to services.
