Kathy ******** WELCOME TO OUR FIRST ANNUAL 'COUCH & COUSINS' Family Reunion Carr Fork Lake Perry County Kentucky >From Hazard Ky- go south on Rt. 15 for 12 miles to Carr Fork bridge. Cross bridge. The White Pine shelter is on the right of the bridge near the boat dock Saturday May 12, 2007 from 11 AM - 'till the food runs out'! Invitation to ALL Kentucky Couch descendants, near and far ... to come meet your 'near and distant kinfolk'! Please tell other relatives that you might have contact with.we don't have everyone's address. I hope you all will join us, in putting together small packets of your 'family lineage history' along with some photos. You could include any history, data, pictures, etc., that you might want to share. Not one of us has ALL the information or connections, and find that what we 'thought', might not be correct at all. but with the sharing of information, maybe we can eventually get it all straight! Every little bit helps. Bring enough food for your family (plus a bit extra), drinks, paper plates, forks etc., games (horseshoes, badminton, volley ball, etc.), and a fishing pole if you like. the shelter is right on the water with a neat boat dock. Don't forget to bring a jacket or sweater, and maybe an extra chair, just in case it might be needed. If you play a musical instrument such as banjo, guitar, harmonica etc., please do bring that along. Directly after lunch the Auction is on. please create the auction stash by bringing items with you that are worthy of ownership and desirable because of their uniqueness, creativity or even their antiquity. Say you have two of something you really value, share one of them with one of us that is willing to bid highest. All funds will go directly toward the reunion expenses. Your contribution may become a cherished keepsake for generations to come.
