Wolfe County News - Jan. 1966 MINISTER DIES IN WEST LIBERTY Earl Taulbee, 55 of Hazel Green died at the West Liberty Hospital, Sunday, Jan. 2nd. He was a native of Breathitt County and a minister of the Church of God. He was born in Breathitt County, July 15, 1910, and was a son of John Taulbee and Sarah Brummett Taulbee. He was also a veteran of World War II, and a member of the Church of God. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Edna Taulbee, Hazel Green; three daughters, Mrs. Janet Boshears, Norwood, Ohio, Mrs. Jeannell Buchanan, Newport and Miss Althia Taulbee, at home; four sons, Dr. A. L. Taulbee, Beattyville, Dwayne Taulbee, Fort Knox, Danny and Paul Taulbee, at home; three brothers, Hager Taulbee of Index, Nathan Taulbee of Kings Mills, Ohio and Silas Taulbee of South Lyon, Mich, also eight grandchildren. Services were conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 4 at the Hazel Green Church of God with Rev. Willie Walter officiating. Burial was in the Hazel Green Cemetery with Herald and Stewart Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Carole
