Wolfe County News - Jan. 1968 MRS. HOLLON, 49 PASSES DEC. 27TH Mrs. Effie Mae Hollon, 49, wife of Estill Hollon, died at 5:30 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 27 at her home here after a long illness. She was a native of Wolfe County and a member of the Baptist Church. Other survivors are her mother, Mrs. Viola Dalton of Beattyville; a son, Billy Carson of Campton; three daughters, Delcine and Ida Ethel Carson at home, and Mrs. Pearl King of Hazel Green; three brothers, Mort Carson of Beattyville, Warren Carson of Baltimore, Md., and Estill Carson of Dayton, Ohio, and four grandchildren. Services were conducted at 2 p.m. Friday at the Porter and Son Funeral Home by Rev. Elmer Robinson. Burial in the Carson Cemetery, Lacy Creek Carole
