Does anyone have info about earlier generations of Ambrose' Allison Rose's ancestors? I am interested in knowing if his mother or a grandmother had the maiden name of ALLISON. My G2 grandfather was Ambrose ALLISON who was born in NY in 1795 and was living in Erie Co. PA in 1850. After that I have found no record of him. I'm wondering if Ambrose ALLISON or some of his descendants married a ROSE and moved to Wolfe Co., KY between 1850 and 1900? Any info would be greatly appreciated.
