Wolfe County News - April 22, 1964 TRENT WOMAN DIES AT HOME Mrs. Eva Campbell Ratliff, 71, died at her home at Trent on April 13 after an illness of several months. She was a native of Perry County and member of the Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband, Kelly Ratliff, three sons, Ollie Sandlin, Middletown, O., John Lewis, Jr., also of Middletown, Ohio and S.C. Lewis of Owenton; stepsons, Bruce Bufford Ratliff and Jim Ratliff of Campton; a brother, Doc Campbell of Mansfield, Ohio; three sisters, Mrs. Lee Hoskins of Busy, Mrs. Price Hoskins of Ypsilanti, Mich., and Mrs. Bertha Mellon of Hazard and ten grandchildren. Services were conducted at Lower Laurel Baptist Church at 11 a.m. April 15 with Rev. John Stamper officiating. Burial was in the family cemetery at Laurel with Porter and Son making arrangements.
