Wolfe County News - Oct. 24, 1969 MRS. NORA MOORE, 71, died at her home at Bethany Oct. 14 after a five-year illness. A native and life-long resident of Wolfe County, she was a member of the Penticostal Church and the founder of the Hour of Harvest Sunday School Class, and a Sunday school teacher for the past five years. Survivors are her husband, Calvin Moore; one son, Chester Moore, Hazard; five daughters, Mrs. Emma Banks and Mrs. Myrtle Feltner of Dayton, Ohio, Mrs. Bessie Banks and Mrs. Sarah Belle Miller, Bethany and Mrs. Dorothy Taulbee, Hazel Green; an adopted son, Monta Ray Moore, Dayton, Ohio; 41 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren, and one brother, Jonthan Banks, Bethany. Funeral services was held at The Hour of Harvest Church, Bethany, by Rev. Doyle Thomas. Burial was in the Moore Cemetery, with Shackelford Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Carole
