Wolfe County News - April 11, 1980 HENRY PARKS OF CAMPTON DIES MARCH 30 Henry Parks, 77, of Campton, died at 10:45 p.m. Sunday, March 30 at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Pearl Banks. He was a native of Breathitt County, a retired coal miner, and a member of the Church of God. Other survivors are two daughters, Mrs. Mildred Adkins of Georgetown, Ky., Mrs. Georgetta Stewart, Louisville, Ky., six sons, Aldo Parks of Stanton, Frank Parks of Winchester, Dillard Parks of LaGrange, Goff Parks, Stanley Parks, and Jimmy Ray Parks all of Minnesota; two brothers, Chester Parks, Campton and Ervin Parks, Winchester; two sisters, Mrs. Ethel Bradley and Mrs. Edna Fugate, Forty seven grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren. Funeral services were at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 2, at the Porter and Son Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Gary Mayabb officiating. Burial was in the Evans Cemetery with arrangements under direction of Porter and Son Funeral Home. Carole
