Jo-- You are very welcome. I like to share information. So many people have helped me. The Holland/Hollons can be a complicated bunch--mainly because there were so many of them. Are you related to the Holland/Hollons? John Holland and his wife, Charity Brewer, are my 4Xg-grandparents TWICE on my dad's side. They are also my 3X g-grandparents, but only once on Mother's side--through Charlotte and her father, Andrew Jackson who was their son. On Dad's side, one of their children was Lucinda Holland--she would have been a sister to Andrew Jackson Holland/Hollon. She married George Washington Swango and they had a large family. My paternal grandparents were 3rd cousins, and Grandma Rose goes back to William "Dr. Bill" Swango--one of Lucinda and George's sons. Graandpa Rose goes back to Frances "Fannie" Swango, their daughter (who is said to have had the most beautiful red hair in the county) who married James N. Rose. It's a small world isn't it? Bess

I go back thru the Faulkners Daisy Dunn married William Carl Faulkner and her mother was Lillie Mannin and her father was David Dunn. Lillie Mannin's sister was Nannie Mannin and Nannie was my grandmother. She married Stephen Burgess. They had a son George William who was my father.
