I'm not really too sure of anything. But I have always been told that William was George's father. Carl Faulkner--& I am not sure his name was William Carl--probably just Carl--was the first cousin of my grandmother. If George was his father that would make grandma and Carl brother and sister and I know that's not right. So it's probably true that Carl's father had a different name. Bess
