Wolfe County News - Oct. 29, 1958 JOHN E. MILLER FUNERAL HELD AT HAZEL GREEN Funeral services for John E. Miller, 93?, who died at a nursing home in Winchester Friday afternoon Oct. 23 were held in Hazel Green Sunday afternoon at 1:00 at the Methodist Church. Rev. Joe Nevius, pastor of the West LIberty Christian Church, conducted the funeral. Burial was in Hazel Green cemetery under direction of the Hearne Funeral Home. He is survived by one son, O.L. Miller of Winchester, and a daughter, Mrs. Ora Arnett of Lee City; and two sisters, Mrs. Lizzie Cable, Campton and Mrs. Zerilda Hanks, Middletown, Ohio and numerous other relatives and a host of friends. It was Mr. Miller's request that no flowers be sent to his funeral but the money which would be spent in this way be given to some worthy cause in his memory. $10 was donated to the Wolfe County Health Clinic in his honor and memory from the R.L. Miller Estate and family. Carole
