Wolfe County News - Dec. 10, 1958 CHESTER SALLEY DIES IN ASHLAND Chester Salley, 45, died in the T.B. Sanitorium at Ashland Dec. 5. He had been ill for some time. He is survived by two sons, whose address is not known; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Jack Salley of Toliver; and four sisters, Mrs. Carmie Handy of Campton, Mrs. Flora Allmon of Ft. Knox, Mrs. Christine Gillemwater, and Mrs. Gladys McDonald both of Dayton, Ohio; four brothers, Everett and James of Middletown, Ohio; Kash of Providence, R.I. and Robert of Toliver. Funeral was conducted at the Sandfield Church Sunday with Revs. Hershell Halsey and Green Ratliff officiating. Burial was in the Clark cemetery under direction of B.F. Porter and son Funeral Home, Campton. Carole
