Wolfe County News - June 15, 1960 AMERICA TAULBEE DIES LAST FRIDAY Mrs. America Taulbee, 89, died at the home of a daughter, Mrs. John Tibbs, Campton, Route 1 at 6 p.m. Friday. She was a member of the Church of Christ. Survivors include five other daughters, Mrs. John Dalton of Baptist, Mrs. Gracey Dalton of Valeria, Mrs. Elizabeth Langsworthy of Middletown, Ohio, Mrs. Martha Tibbs of Campton and Mrs. Eddie Dalton of Dayton, O.; five sons, William of Campton, Wiley, Lonzie and Letcher of Middletown, Ohio and Edgar of Dayton, Ohio; a brother, Willie Blankenship of Middletown, Ohio and a sister Mrs. Henna? Hollon of Dayton, Ohio. Funeral was conducted at the Landsaw Church of Christ Sunday by the Rev. Willie Taylor and the Rev. Coy Rigney. Burial was in the Whisman cemetery.
