Wolfe County News - Nov. 1960 EX-WOLFE TEACHER PASSES SUDDENLY Herman Hanks, 60, died last Thursday in a Covington Hospital following a heart attack. He was a former Wolfe County school teacher. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Eunice Bush Hanks of Covington; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. C.M. Hanks, Sr., of Campton; two brothers, Boone Hanks of Lexington, and C.M. Hanks, Jr. of Morning View; one sister, Mrs. Steve Rose of Campton, three nieces and three nephews. Funeral was held Sunday afternoon at the Campton Methodist Church with Rev. W.W. Brewer officiating. Burial was in the Evans Cemetery with Shackelford and Cox Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Carole
