Wolfe County News - Nov. 1960 BILL WHISMAN DIED OCT. 29th Wm. (Bill) Whisman, 67 died Oct. 29 at his home in Detroit, Mich. He is survived by his father, Sam Whisman of Big Andy; three bothers, Jack Charles Whisman of Detroit, Marion of Mt. Zion, W.Va., and Alfred of Beattyville, five nieces and one nephew. Funeral was conducted Wednesday at 10 a.m. at the Whisman cemetery at Big Andy with Rev. Joe Cable officiating. B.F. Porter and Son Funeral Home was in charge. Carole
