Wolfe County News - May 1963 WOLFE NATIVE DIES APRIL 27 John Sherman Trent, 76 of Simpson, died April 27 at University Hospital, Lexington. He was a native of Wolfe County and a retired farmer. He is survived by one son, Dorsie Trent, Simpson; five daughters, Goldie Moore, Paynes Gay, Martha Combs, Lee City, Roselee Campbell, Simpson, Callie Combs, Simpson, and Mrs. Laura Trent, Lexington. Funeral was held Monday, April 29, at 1 p.m. at the Wilhurst Church of Christ. Burial and funeral arrangements were in charge of Shackelford Funeral Home. Carole
