Wolfe County News - Jan. 30, 1963 ELZIE BANKS, 39 PASSES AT HOME Elzie Banks, 39, died at 1:30 a.m. Jan. 29 at his home in Campton following a long illness. He was a member of the Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Bonnie Banks; three children, Rondal Ray, Brenda Sue and Linda Lee, all at home; also his mother, Mrs. Belle Banks, Campton; his father, Dorse Banks, Clay City; two brothers, Oscar and Everett Banks of Campton; two sisters, Mrs. Nancy Neice of Jackson and Mrs. Esther King of Middltown, Ohio. The body was taken from Shackelford & Cox Funearl Home to the home Tuesday afternoon. Funeral services at the Church of God in Campton with Rev. Frances Deaton officiating. Burial on Hirams Branch in the family cemetery. Carole
