Wolfe County News - Sept. 22, 1965 ERNEST TAULBEE DIES IN MENIFEE LOGWOOD MISHAP Ernest S. Taulbee, 34, was killed instantly Thursday Sept. 14 in an accident which occurred while he was working in the logwoods in Menifee County. He was a native of Wolfe County and lived on Valeria Road. Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Jean Linkous Taulbee; three sons, Terry, Ernest, Jr., and Jeffrey Taulbee; one daughter, Monnie Taulbee at home, his mother, Mrs. Jeff Taulbee of Hazel Green and seven brothers: James Monrow Taulbee of Middletown, Ohio, B.M. Taulbee of New Lebanon, Ohio; Lawrence Taulbee of Mt. Sterline, Bench? Taulbee of Trotwood, Ohio; Bryce Taulbee, Fairborn, Ohio, Clarence Taulbee of Indianapolis, Ind., and Lee Taulbee of Dayton, Ohio, and three sisters: Mrs. Opal McCartney and Mrs. Rachel Tester of Fair Hope, Ala., and Mrs. Hazel Dunn of Campton. Services were conducted at 1 p.m. Friday at the Campton Baptist Church by the Rev. Willie Taylor and the Rev Leonard Faulkner. Burial in the Taulbee Cemetery on Lacy Creek with Porter and Son Funeral Home in charge. Carole
