Wolfe County News - Jan. 27, 1960 WM. N. ALLEN OF CAMPTON PASSES William Newton Allen, 85, retired farmer, died early Sunday at his home near Campton after a long illness. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Sarah Florence Allen; three sons, Hendrix and Marvin Allen of Campton and Sheridan Allen of Felicity, Ohio: three daughters, Mrs. Maggie Moore, Campton, Mrs. Hazel Creech and Mrs. Sydney Moore, both of Middletown, Ohio. Services were conducted Tuesday at the Campton Methodist Church by the Rev. Sewell Woodward, Jr. Burial was in the Evans Cemetery.
