Wolfe County News - April 19l, 1961 RETIRED RAILROAD MAN IS CLAIMED Daniel Booth, 86, a retired employee of the Louisville & Nahsville Railroad Co., died April 11 at his home at Torrent, Wolfe County, after a long illness. He was a member of the Torrent Church of God. Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Caroline Booth; a son Orville Booth, Muncie, Ind., two stepdaughters, Mrs. Susan Mainous and Mrs. Callie Morrison, New Lebanon, Ohio, a sister Mrs. Martha Drake, Stanton; a brother, Samson Booth, Middletown, Ohio: 27 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. The funeral was conducted at the First Church of God at Torrent, Saturday, April 15 at 2 p.m. The Rev. W.W. Brewer and the Rev. Fike officiated. Burial was at the Zachariah Cemetery. Carole
