McGUIRE IS BURIED IN WOLFE Burial of Mrs. Laura Kash McGuire, 89, took place in the Hazel Green Cemetery about 4 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 26. Mrs. McGuire died in Homeplace Hospital, Jackson, on Dec. 23. She was born in Wolfe county and was the daughter of the late Alfred and Mary Jane Hurst Kash. She had been a member of the Goshen Primitive Baptist Church for the past 75 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, B.H. McGuire, 40 years. Mrs. McGuire is survived by seven sons, Bruce McGuire, West Mifflin, Pa.; Wendell McGuire, Jackson; E.H. McGuire, Hazard; Asher McGuire, Owensboro; Trimble McGuire, Newport; Eugene McGuire, Muncie, Ind. and Alfred McGuire, Baltimore, Md.; and a brother Oliver Kash of Fulton, Ky. Funeral services were conducted at the First Baptist Church, Jackson with the Rev. Winn L. Barr and Rev. William Jaggers officiating.
