Wolfe County News - Dec. 7, 1960 MRS. MARY WHITE DIES IN CAMPTON Mrs. Mary Tyler White, 80, Campton died at 2 p.m. Satruday at her home after a short illness. A native of Wolfe County, she was a member of the Methodist Church. Survivors are her husband, John White, three sons, William E. and James E. White, Dayton, Ohio and Raymond White, Campton; five daughters, Mrs. Bertie Centers and Miss Mattie White, Campton; Mrs. Deborah Miniard, Detroit, Mich; Mrs. Emma Goodson, Atlanta, GA., and Mrs. Ethyl Thompson, Mt. Sterling; two brothers, Roscoe Tyler, Franklin, Ohio, and three sisters, Mrs. Daisy Kincaid and Mrs. Ursey Hanks, Middletown, Ohio, and Mrs. Ruth Hoopengarner, Indianapolis, Ind. Funeral services were conducted at 2 p.m. Monday at the Campton Methodist Church by the Rev. J.H. Burton. Burial was in the Evans Cemetery with Shackelford and Cox Funeral Home in charge. CArole
